Straight from Katie’s Kitchen; Instapot Korean Beef
This recipe is straight out of Katie’s kitchen. It is super easy and delicious. No matter how much I make I never have left overs. This family favorite recipe never disappoints.
🥑InstaPot Korean Beef
🥑4+ cloves garlic
2 tbsp Mirin
4 tbsp coconut amino
2 tbsp sesame oil
1/2 onion chopped
2 lb flank steak thinly sliced
1 tbsp ghee
1 bunch of chopped green onions
Salt and pepper, to taste
🥑Mix all ingredients together, except meat and onions. Pour marinade over the meat and marinate in the refrigerator for 2 hours -to- over night. Take the beef out, pat dry and let it come to room temp. Reserve the marinade. Sauté the onions in the ghee until translucent. Add the beef to the InstaPot and brown the beef on all sides. Add the marinade and pressure cook for 7 or 8 minutes. Release the pressure, serve over cauliflower rice and garnish with green onions!!
